I receive an The link is not correct message upon converting my file. I'm trying to go from .flv (flash) to either WMV or AVI.

Any suggestions?

I have the same problem. The file goes through the conversion process and when the download button is pushed I get the "The link is not correct " message. If I try to return to the download page with the back button in order to try the 24 hour link, The information is no longer there. This occurs 3 out of 4 attempts. The last time it failed I saved the link to my desktop first and then tried the download button which gave the same error. I then tried the link which also failed. It is as if you aren't ready to download immediately on conversion completion, your data is overwritten and lost.

After the process of conversion.It says on top "This URL is a HTML document, and not a video file !".

What should i do?
