I think it would be great if you can choose the height and width of the new video (iPhone/iPod H264 encoder) yourself, because I'd like to have my converted videos in exactly the same size as they were before without any black bars.
Or if you could at least choose the same aspect ratio but with a smaller size that is optimized for the iPhone/iPod touch.
