Hey all,
I have downloaded a youtube video as an mp4. I can double click the file on my pc and it plays the video and audio just fine. So, I go to the "Send File to Mobile" section, browse for the file, click it, then the message "File Extension can correspond to more than 1 format. Please select the exact input format." appears twice.
Next, I click the drop down for "Input Format" and go under "Movie", then select MPEG-4 (.mp4).
Then, I proceed with the conversion. Finally, I take my cell phone to that webpage, enter the code, and save the file.
When I go to open the file (of which I have tested a few times), it will play the audio as normal, but there is no video to accompany the audio.
Didn't know if I was possibly missing something, or if you have any suggestions.

It depends on your cellphone. The video resolution is may be to high. Have you tried to convert it via Media Convert to MP4 with lower resolution, or to the specific iPOD H264 MP4 format ?
