Hi there. I would like to convert a .doc- Document into .pdf.
Unfortunately what is ready for download in the end is an empty .pdf of 1 kB of size. This happened several times. Dunno what went wrong.
The file I wanted to convert has some 300 kB, so it can't be the file size.
What is perplexing me is that the program is uploading the original data in literally no time. Usually it ought to say that 7/ 10/ 80 or so per cent have been uploaded, doesn't it? But here there is no procedure information at all.
Anyone who made the same experience or any advice by experts?
