Problem Converting [message #20]

The first part of the conversion goes well with the whole "1%-100%" that takes 30 minutes.

Then it gets to the next page and says:

"Your file is queued in position 1. Conversion will start in position 0. Please wait." And stays that way for hours.

I've tried it multiple times, spliting the files, and not. Nothing is working.

I've been trying to convert a file from a Dvd-R to a .wmv so I can edit it on windows movie maker. Someone help me.

I just found this site a few days ago, and love it so far. The first file I converted worked great, but I tried another one and I'm getting this same problem. It says my file is in the que and will convert when it hits zero, but it stays that way for hours. The file is 75 MB.

Not that I've seen. One file stayed that way all night. I have been messing around some more today, and smaller files seem to do fine. I'm going to try the big one again tonight.

Also, I tried hitting the back button while waiting, and it said I had an "error" and "no data" on the previous page before quickly going back to the waiting page. The file did upload correctly as far as I could tell. The hang up came during the conversion process.

I beleive it was like 222 mb? Or 22. One of those.

I tried a 57 MB file earlier, and it's been in the "Your file is queued in position 1. Conversion will start in position 0. Please wait" mode for almost two hours. When I use the back button, I get this:

File transfer error

No data

in the box. Any ideas? I've been able to do several smaller files today.

I have been using this site for a couple months and it was working great until now. I too am getting the, "Your file is queued in position 1" after waiting several minutes (about 45) for it to download. The file I am trying to convert is 79.7 MB, and is only about 8 minutes long so the length shouldn't have anything to do with it..and I have converted larger sizes before.
