Hi:

When I tried to convert a video (.wmv to a SVCD), using the URL method, after the process had completed up to 100%, I received a message saying this transaction was "initializing."

But this process went on for a long period of time--several hours--and I do not know how long it should take or if there was an error? I have only a dial-up connection, so should I try again and how long will the initialization process take?
